The Adcraft RC-E25 rice cooker has a stainless steel lid that resists rust and prevents the growth of bacteria. Measuring can be done with the marks on the interior or the included plastic measuring cup. The unit also comes with an oversized plastic fork that saves the inner pan from dents and scratches that could affect the unit's functionality. Using the keep-warm feature, rice in the cooker stays warm for extended periods.
